Terms of Service
By booking a retreat with us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before making a booking.
Booking and Payment
Booking Confirmation: Your retreat booking is considered confirmed at the time of booking.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $480 is required to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances due to upfront costs.
Payment Schedule: The remaining balance must be paid according to the schedule provided at the time of booking. Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Participant: If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:
Prior to 90 days: If cancellation takes place prior to 90 days before the retreat start date, 25% of your payments, minus the deposit, will be forfeited.
Prior to 60 days: If cancellation takes place between 90 and 60 days before the retreat start date, 50% of the total trip price will be forfeited.
Within 60 days: If cancellation takes place within 60 days of the retreat start date, 100% of the total trip price will be forfeited.
Cancellation by Holistree: If we need to cancel a retreat for reasons beyond our control, we will provide a credit for a future retreat, valid for up to one year from the date of the original retreat.
Health and Safety
Health Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to participate in the retreat activities. Please consult your physician before booking if you have any health concerns.
Medical Assistance: Holistree LLC is not responsible for providing medical care during the retreat. Participants should have their own travel insurance that covers medical expenses.
Liability
Personal Liability: Participants are responsible for their own actions and any damage or loss they cause during the retreat.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, and other unforeseen events.
Code of Conduct
Respect: Participants are expected to treat all other participants, staff, and locals with respect and courtesy.
Compliance: Participants must comply with the retreat schedule, guidelines, and instructions provided by the Holistree staff.
Privacy and Data Protection
Personal Data: Any personal data provided to us will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Use of Images: We may take photographs and videos during the retreat for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us in writing before the retreat begins.
Changes to Terms
Holistree LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants and will be effective immediately upon posting.
